I think this is the first time I let him use the knife so freely. Is ten a good age for that?

Nice job kids! My kids use the sharp knives but I'm always right there in case something happens. Made me nervous at first, but they are very careful.
Wow he was so focused on the noodles. I let my Bubba in the kitchen as often as possible. I started with stirring when they were itty-bitty.
